I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oregon and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington, with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bushnell University. My work is grounded in the belief that we’re all more alike than different and we all crave connection, purpose, and the space to be fully seen. In therapy, I create a space that’s both compassionate and real, where you can feel safe enough to do the hard work and supported enough to know you’re not doing it alone.

Outside of sessions, I’m a world-traveler at heart with a deep love for cats (my undeniable spirit animals), a flock of backyard chickens, and a vegetable garden that reminds me daily that growth takes time and care. I believe in doing the inner work so we can show up for others without losing ourselves in the process. At the end of the day, you are the most important person in your life and learning to love and care for yourself isn’t selfish, it’s essential.
