Hi, I’m Shelby! I’m excited to be part of your growth and journey toward healing. My work involves supporting clients experiencing anxiety and depression, as well as utilizing ILF Neurofeedback for individuals with traumatic brain injuries, sleep disturbances, PTSD, ADHD, anxiety, and depression. My role in the clinical setting is to walk alongside you in your journey, providing assistance and support along the way. I always meet clients where they are and strive to be your biggest supporter.

In working with clients, I employ an eclectic and multimodal therapeutic approach, incorporating various strategies I believe are most appropriate for your current circumstances.

During the week, you will be greeted by my therapy companion, Juno, who has been providing canine support since 2023. When I am not in the therapy setting, I enjoy spending time with my husband, cooking, gardening, getting lost in a good book, exploring nature—particularly along the Oregon Coast—and, during the summer, attending local baseball games and cheering for my favorite team from afar.
