Internal Family Systems (IFS) is an evidence-based, holistic approach that helps people understand and harmonize their “parts.” In IFS, “parts” refer to the inner voices, emotions, and roles we all carry. In this work, clients work to build compassionate relationships with their parts, heal past wounds, and reduce reactive patterns, creating greater balance and inner harmony.

Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) helps retrain the brain to interpret pain signals more accurately, breaking the cycle of chronic pain. Through education, emotional safety, and guided awareness, clients learn to shift their response to pain.
