AHC is paneled with a range of insurance plans, and we do our best to make the financial side of counseling as clear as possible. Below is a current list of accepted plans, along with an overview of other billing details related to the practice.

We may be able to offer limited to selective Out-of-Network billing; in cases where we are unable to do courses billing, we will provide a monthly Super Bill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement dependent on your policy.

Our mental health partner, Alive Counseling Clinic, is currently In-Network with Trillium (Lane County).
For out-of-county OHP members, please contact your OHP insurance provider to Alive Holistic Counseling is in-network.

In compliance with the No Surprises Act, you’re entitled to a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical care with cost. If you are not using insurance, you have the right to receive an estimate of how much your medical care will cost (including medical items and services). You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of non-emergency items or services including medical test, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
You can also ask your health provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is a lease $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure you keep a copy of your Good Faith Estimate for your records.
