“The wound is the place where the light enters you.” — Rumi

Hey I’m Hannah!

I believe that people already carry a deep knowing of what they need- even if they’ve learned to question or disconnect from it.

In our work together, I don’t take the role of expert, but instead sit alongside you with curiosity, honesty, and care. I trust that your thoughts, emotions, and patterns all make sense in the context of your life, and that nothing within you is random or “too much.” Rather than rushing to fix or change things, I help you gently turn toward what’s there- even the parts that feel uncomfortable or hard to name.

My approach is relational, present-focused, and grounded in somatic and parts-based work. I often invite you to slow down and notice what’s happening in your body, asking questions like “Where do you feel that?” or “What’s coming up right now?” Together, we may explore the different parts of you—including younger, more vulnerable parts (often experienced as our inner child)- with the goal of building understanding, compassion, and connection within yourself.

I tend to work less with structured homework and more with what naturally unfolds in session. I believe meaningful change happens through awareness, safety, and being truly seen. While I may gently guide at times, I hold the belief that you are the expert in your own experience.

Clients who resonate with my style often appreciate a balance of depth and lightness- sessions where we can explore meaningful, sometimes painful places, while also making room for humor, humanity, and moments of relief along the way.

I also bring both personal and professional awareness of how identity, culture, and lived experience shape the way we move through the world, and I strive to create a space that feels respectful and inclusive.

Outside of the therapy room, I’m a mom of two who values connection, humor, and the messy, meaningful parts of everyday life.
