Whether you’re beginning therapy for the first time or continuing your journey, my goal is to provide a supportive, empowering space that honors your individual experiences and needs. As a counselor, I do not see myself as the gatekeeper of your healing, but rather a guide offering tools that are person-centered, attachment/relational, somatic, and trauma-informed.

I believe in prioritizing the intentional cultivation of emotional safety and trust within the therapeutic relationship, and encourage this through collaborative, feedback-informed discussions. I understand the anguish of feeling disconnected from your authentic self. Let’s examine conditioned beliefs and behaviors, address unresolved trauma, explore intuitive stress responses, challenge unhelpful narratives, and contextualize the strengths that have carried you through adversity.

My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, neurodivergence, trauma, life transitions, attachment and relational issues, and marginalized identities impacted by systemic oppression.
