Healing is not a one-size-fits-all process. Whether you’re beginning therapy for the first time or continuing your personal growth journey, my goal is to provide a supportive, empowering space that honors your individual experiences and needs.
As a counselor, I am not the gatekeeper of your healing, but rather a guide with a therapeutic lens grounded in person-centered, attachment/relational, somatic, and trauma-informed modalities.
At the core of my work is the intentional cultivation of emotional safety and trust within the therapeutic relationship. I encourage this through collaborative, feedback-informed discussions and open dialogue around power, privilege, and oppression. Together, we can work toward reconnecting with your authentic self—examining conditioned beliefs and behaviors, addressing unresolved emotions and trauma, exploring intuitive stress responses, and recognizing the strengths and survival strategies that have carried you through adversity.
My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, neurodivergence, trauma, life transitions, attachment and relational issues, and marginalized identities impacted by systemic oppression.
I look forward to learning your story and supporting you in a new chapter.
