Imagine loosening the grip of self-criticism and embracing every part of yourself with curiosity and compassion. I believe this path toward healing is within reach for those who are willing to begin the work. My goal is to create a nurturing environment where every individual can feel truly seen, heard, and valued. I welcome any topic in our sessions, and together we work toward building a relationship of mutual respect and trust.
Clinically, I use an integration of person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, and somatic approaches, grounded in an Internal Family Systems (IFS) framework. This means I see each person as made up of many parts, all worthy of compassion, and I aim to help clients connect with their core Self—curious, calm, and capable of healing.
As a white, Gen X woman, a lifelong Eugenian, and a mom, my approach is rooted in the experiences that have shaped me—including my faith background, my own anxiety, and my commitment to both personal and societal change. I believe our culture, environment, relationships, and the systems we live in all shape who we are, and that healing must honor the whole person. My areas of focus include identity, spirituality, and religious harm and abuse.
Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, attending concerts and theater productions, and listening to podcasts and audiobooks.
