As a licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am committed to building therapeutic relationships where people feel seen, challenged and supported. Therapy is an invaluable space where you can investigate all the parts of yourself and begin to heal and thrive.

I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and symptoms of PTSD, particularly resulting from interpersonal trauma. My training is rooted in attachment theory and we may use our therapeutic relationship as a foundation to understand how to get the most from relationships in your life.

We may use modalities such as internal family systems, and EMDR to explore past narratives and traumas in a safe way, while taking into account systems of power and cultural context. I am committed to collaborating with you to help develop insight and strategies that help you feel more confident and fulfilled.
