Geo is an experiential systemic therapist for individuals and couples. She has a background in somatic movement, dance, and local sustainability, and is certified in Nutrition Science by Stanford Medicine. Geo uses a non-judgmental, strengths-focused, and evidence-based approach to empower clients to feel understood, safe, hopeful, and in control of their unique growth process. Her practice draws from Eastern and Grecian philosophies, communication theory, and therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Somatic Therapy. When not in session, Geo finds pleasure studying, dancing, camping, hiking, kayaking, and growing organic fruits, vegetables, and medicinal herbs.
