Fees / Insurance:
Fees are determined on an insurance, fee-for-service, or sliding scale basis. Fees will be determined before we meet for our initial session, and most of this is covered by your insurance, some sliding scale fees may be available for people with low income or for people who do not have adequate insurance.
Please be advised that insurance companies do not guarantee payment until claims are processed and clients are ultimately responsible for understanding their chosen policy and for covering all cost unpaid by your insurance.

Sliding Scale: Spots are limited with specific therapists and reserved for those with no mental health coverage (including those with impossibly high deductibles).
We are unable to work with Trillium / OHP coverage.

All sessions and intakes are subject to an agreement between you the client, and the provider. This includes cancellations within 24 hours, and fees associated. Our cancellation policy includes $65 fee for “no call / no Show” and Cancellation of your appointment within 24 hours of your originally scheduled appointment time. We do understand that things come up, and we appreciate your advanced notice of appointment change requests or needed cancellations. We also prohibit any audio or video recordings of sessions, unless agreed upon by your counselor.
